Pentru familia Marius și Ruth Bodnariu au mai trecut câteva zile grele, pentru că sunt în continuare pe nedrept despărțiți de cei cinci copilași ai lor.
For Marius and Ruth Bodnariu’s family, the last few days were difficult, as they continue to be unjustly separated from their five children.
Pe 16 Februarie s-au împlinit 3 luni de la data fatidică, 16 Noiembrie, atunci când Barnevernet a hotărât să distrugă această familie, fără avertisment prealabil, confiscându-le copilașii, plasându-i în trei familii surogat, în două orașe la mare departăre de casă, tot acest coșmar pentru motivul de radicalism creștin și îndoctrinare religioasă!
On February 16th, there had been three months since the fatidic day of November 16th, when Barnevernet decided to destroy this family, without due process or previous warning, confiscating their children and placing them in three foster families, in two different cities, at great distances from home, all this nightmare because of radical Christianity and religious indoctrination!
Dar, 16 Februarie a fost o zi importantă, o zi de bucurie amestecată cu tristețe și durere. Bucurie pentru că, pentru prima oară în trei luni, Marius și Ruth s-au întâlnit cu toți cei cinci copii simultan. A fost bucurie mare, fiecare avea ceva de zis: Naomi a vorbit tot timpul; Ioan, băiețelul de doi ani a mai învățat câteva cuvinte si, bineînțeles că avea și el ceva de zis. Bebelușul Ezekiel a fost mai bucuros ca niciodată. Naomi a ținut să precizeze ceea ce și Eliana a spus la una din întâlnirile precedente: că mama surogat este cea care le-a răpit.
February 16th though, was also an important day, a day of joy as well as sadness and sorrow. It was joyous because for the first time in three months, Marius and Ruth were together with all five children at the same time, in the same place. It was such a happy reunion, for everybody had so much to say: Naomi couldn’t stop talking; Ioan, the two years old boy had learned a few more words and had a lot to say also. Baby Ezekiel was happier than ever. Naomi was determined to point – as Eliana had done in a previous visit – to the surrogate mother that she is the one who kidnapped them!
Au povestit, s-au jucat, apoi s-au asezat să servească masa, dar înainte s-au rugat și au cântat o rugaciune-cântecel, pe care copii o cântau de fiecare dată înainte de masă. De data aceasta însă, Matei le-a spus că el a uitat cântecul, nu-l mai știe.
They talked, they played and then, they sat at the table to eat, but only after they prayed and sang a little prayer-song they used to sing before eating. This time though, Matei said that he forgot the song.
Marius le-a povestit printre altele că a tăiat cocoșul și a fost făcut ciorbă. Eliana a fost foarte ușurată când a auzit, spunând că înseamnă că nu mai trebuie să tot spună la Barnevernet că se teme de cocoș. Oare cine o presează și o tot pune să spună că se teme de cocoș?! Când vor înceta manipulările și minciunile prin care Barnevernet încearcă să distrugă această familie, să creeze o altă imagine în mintea fragilă a copiilor despre viața fericită pe care o aveau în căminul lor binecuvântat înainte de 16 Noiembrie, 2015?!
Amongst other things, Marius told them that he cooked the rooster and made soup. Eliana was relieved, because she wouldn’t have to repeatedly say to Barnevernet that she fears the rooster. Who would press her to say that she fears the rooster?! When would they stop all these manipulations and lies by which Barnevernet tries to destroy this family, planting in the gentle minds of these children another image replacing their happy life in their blessed home before November 16th, 2015?!
Naomi a spus ceva îngrijorător pentru părinți, anume că ea nu vrea ca Marius și Ruth să moară așa repede, pentru că mai are multe lucruri de învățat de la ei. Cine le bagă în cap astfel de lucruri copiilor?! Unde este interesul superior al copilului atunci când este terorizat cu ideea că îi vor muri părinții?! Ziua a fost amestecată cu tristețe și durere pentru că la expirarea celor trei ore a venit despărțirea. Copiii nu pot înțelege de ce nu pot să rămână împreună cu părinții lor și de ce trebuie să meargă la niște necunoscuți…
Naomi said something worrisome to the parents, that she doesn’t want them to die so soon, because she still has many things to learn from them. Who would put such things in the minds of children?! Where is the superior interest of the children when terrorizing them with the thought that their parents would die?! The day was a mixture of joy and sorrow, for after three hours had passed, they had to part again. The children cannot understand why they can’t stay with their parents but, instead, have to go to strangers…
Părinții se pregătesc pentru procesul în instanță, în care contestă decizia prin care le-au fost luați copiii, dar în același timp se pregătesc și pentru procesul administrativ prin care Barnevernet vrea să-i decadă din drepturile parentale, și asta pentru că nu vor sa recunoască acuzațiile mincinoase care li se impută. Pentru acest proces este esențială participarea unui psiholog autorizat, a cărui evaluare și concluzii contează foarte mult în luarea deciziei de către curtea regională.
The parents are preparing for the court trial, in which they are contesting the decision to take away their children, and at the same time they are getting ready for the administrative hearing at which Barnevernet wants to take away their parental rights, for not admitting to their false accusations. For this process, it is essential that an authorized psychologist is involved, who’s evaluation and conclusions are determinative in the final decision by the regional court.
Barnevernet vrea să impună psihologul lor, și este evident de ce: fiind plătit de Barnevernet, implicit i-ar putea defavoriza pe părinți. Deși părinții ar avea dreptul la orice psiholog autorizat și ales de ei, lui Marius și Ruth li s-a refuzat primul psiholog propus de ei, pe motiv că… avocatul acuzării nu este de acord cu el. Interesant?! Același avocat al acuzării nu are timp să vină la proces decât la sfârșitul lunii Mai, pentru că este foarte ocupat și Barnevernet consideră acest lucru în interesul superior al bebelușului…
Barnevernet wants to impose their psychologist and it is evident why: being paid by Barnevernet, it is assumed to be unfavorable to the parents. Even though the parents have the right to any authorized psychologist of their choosing, the prosecutor denied their first proposal. Interesting?! The same prosecutor is to busy to attend a court hearing before the end of May and Barnevernet thinks this is in the superior interest of the baby…
Nu înțelegem cum avocatul acuzării, un om cu antecedente penale, are un cuvânt mai greu de spus decât avocatele apărării, decât părinții și, în cele din urmă, decât legea.
We don’t understand this prosecutor, a man with prior troubles with the law, having more say than the defense lawyers, the parents and even the law.
Este tot mai clar, în pofida zâmbetelor oficiale prin care ni se spune că se caută binele familiei și interesul superior al copilului, că scopul Barnevernet este să ia copiii definitiv, așa cum s-a întâmplat familiei Nan. Nici măcar o clipă nu le-a trecut prin cap să ajute familia – dacă să zicem că ar fi fost vreo problemă – ci ei vor copiii, indiferent de dorința copiilor, acesta este interesul superior al Barnevernet!
It is more clear by the day that in spite of their official smiles and the assurances that they are looking for the good of the family and the superior interest of the child, Barnevernet’s goal is to permanently keep the children, as it already happened with the Nan family. They never looked to help the family – if, let’s say there was a problem – because what they want is to take away the children, regardless of their wish, this is the superior interest of Barnevernet!
